Vari\u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9coce, elle produit un fruit initialement vert et dont les stries deviennent rouges \u00e0 mesure de la maturation du fruit, parfois jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 coloration compl\u00e8te du fruit. Si l&rsquo;\u00e9piderme devient huileux et brillant, c&rsquo;est que la maturit\u00e9 est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Sa chair est blanche, peu sucr\u00e9e, extr\u00eamement juteuse.
