Originaire du Limousin et de Dordogne, elle y est aujourd&rsquo;hui encore r\u00e9pandue.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Elle se consomme aussi bien cuite que crue et se conserve tout l&rsquo;hiver.
